Good advice, Also the carb could have a high fuel level, or sticky float and be allowing some unburned fuel to dilute the oil causing it to burn off or be burned via the crankcase breather system. 130 clicks is running pretty hard - 75+mph. I suggest, a complete tune up, carb cleaning with settings and adjustments carefully made, compression test, oil and filter change. Then recheck the mileage at 100 clicks/hour or less and see what you get. Most of us are getting about 55MPG or or about 4.0liters/100K if my math is correct.
Clean oil and frequent oil changes may help unstick the rings if that is the case. Use the lowest viscosity for the temperature you are operating in so the oil is thin enough to work in between the rings and piston lands. Take time to make a good and accurate diagnosis, not a hurried opinion.
